Dr. Leo is a fully licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Arizona.  Her practice involves assessment and psychotherapy with individuals, families, couples, and groups.  She most often works with clients ranging in age from young adulthood to geriatrics, however she does see children in family contexts and also works with children who have medical conditions. 

Specializing in working with health issues and medical conditions, Dr. Leo offers a unique service to assist individuals who experience and live with these concerns.  She has worked with people who have terminal and chronic conditions, those who want to make behavior change such as smoking cessation and weight loss, and people who experience depression, anxiety, stress, grief & loss issues, and relationship difficulties.  Additionally, she offers mind-body stress management groups that assist people in finding new ways to manage stress in their lives.

Individuals who have worked with Dr. Leo in therapy have described her as a thought-provoking, sensitive, empathic professional genuinely interested in clients' well-being.  She works easily and effectively in collaboration with medical professionals and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with medical illnesses.  She also frequently works with clients who are generally healthy but experiencing life stressors and relationship issues.  She works to motivate clients toward facilitating life change, reaching psychological potentials and establishing balance for mind-body-spirit.  She has assisted many clients in making life transformations to improve quality of life & find peace of mind through resolving old issues and learning new skills for better living.
